We have been going to this VCA office for over 4 years and I have to say they are wonderful. They educate pet owners and Dr. Harris is so kind and gentle with our dog who is anxious at the vets. All the staff is patient, professional and kind. I drive a few towns away to go to this vets office and it's worth it. They have great hours too, open 7 days a week which is excellent for busy families. If you are seeking a new vet, I highly recommend this office. Keep up the great work!

Save your time and money. They are more expensive than other animal hospitals with poor techs. I muzzeled my 85 lb GSD and brought him in for a check up and shots. A nail clipping is part of the over priced check up. They gave him his first in a series of two shots but said he was to upset to have his nails clipped. I said fine, he has to come back next week, we can do it then. Brought him back and the the tech says we will TRY to clip his nails. Not only did they not clip his nails, but they did not even give him his shot. Brought him to Marlborough Animal hospital for 1/2 the price. They gave him the shot and the nails were $10. Well worth it!

Not only do they give exceptional service but they are compassionate and patient. I know many people who have their animals seen there, including myself. They go out of their way to make sure that the best interest of your animal comes first, and they treat their animals like family. Dr. Mark is exceptional and extremely caring. She saw my rats after a terrible experience with a previous animal hospital and made a diagnoses right away that should have been very obvious, but unfortunately after wasting a lot of money elsewhere I can at least say I now have a vet that I'm comfortable with and is knowledgeable. Though they are just rats, VCA treated them with the same care as they would one of their dogs or cats. I would recommend them any day at any time. Their reception quality as well as their care is above average. Thank you VCA.

Not sure where these negative reviews come from. Receptionists, vets, and other staff have always been professional and friendly in our experience. We adopted a stray cat (Petunia) that one of the VCA Northboro doctors (Dr. Henry) took care of at no charge at a local animal shelter. We've brought Petunia to the VCA Northboro now for 2.5 years and are always pleased with their service and caring - and with Dr. Henry in particular.

This is the best place to take your beloved pets. They are warm and caring and listen to what needs to be done. I've been going here for over ten years and plan many more! All negative comments are to be ignored because the people that made them were obviously in a bad mood and took it out there.
