The staff and doctor at Westford Veterinary were absolutely wonderful to me and my dog this week. My 14 year old dog who was suffering from a terminal illness was doing well but suddenly took a dramatic turn for the worse late at night. My Vet was closed and this emergency center was one of the numbers they gave in case of emergency. I had never been there before. I would highly recommend this emergency center. As anyone who has had to put their dog to sleep knows, this is a very traumatic and difficult time for them and their pet. The staff and doctor that night actually created a hospice-like setting for us in a private room. They brought in an elegant fleece comforter for my dog to lay on and treated her and us with so much compassion. As terribly sad as it was, they helped to make it a very peaceful and beautiful time to say good-bye.

Dr Bruno Mussat is an extremely professional and compassionate Surgeon. He performed highly complex surgery to my cats shattered femur and has been excellent in his post-op procedures. I am unable to return to this facility due to relocation in California, but by chance have been able to connect with another surgeon that knows Dr. Mussat through his excellent work. Dr. Mussat has gone above and beyond to make sure my cat gets the best care and that I am fully informed of all possible outcomes and procedures and is willing to discuss my cats case with my newly appointed surgeon in my current location. I can not recommend him any higher.... He is everything a professional should be! :)
