Basin Run Animal Hospital is great, they have excellent customer service, and pet care. The doctors and staff there are great, they treat my animals like they are their own. I would recommend them to anyone in the area.

We drive over two hours to visit this practice because it is absolutely the best vet practice we have ever encountered. As pet owners for the past 35 years, we have never found a practice as good as Basin Run Animal Hospital. Dr. Kilby is always up to date in her field, she is an excellent diagnostician and a compassionate practitioner. The staff is welcoming, the office is immaculate and beautiful and in a gorgeous setting. We couldn't recommend Basin Run Animal Hospital any more highly. Simply put, it is the tops!

Dr. Kilby explains everything to you in simple terms and gives great suggestions for treatments. She makes sure you know all the options available, and she uses her expertise to inform you of the best route to take. Overall a great experience and wouldn't take my animals anywhere else.
