I have a love/hate relationship with this office. Recently, this past summer my dog had an injury and was treated by one of the doctors here. I won't go into the details, but we ended up being referred somewhere else. We appreciated all of the compassion and work our vet did for us (including coming in when the office was closed on the weekend), and the front desk and assisting staff is AMAZING. My major gripe is with the office manager. I work in the medical field so I know how a great office manager treats their patients. This one is just flat out AWFUL. When I came to him and discussed the issues we were having with our dogs treatment (we had just given them $2000 and then were being referred somewhere else because they weren't able to complete his treatment) he actually said to me, "I don't know what you expect me to do." Seriously?!?! Then told me that, "these things happen sometimes and I'm about to go on vacation so we can talk about this later." SO unprofessional. He showed zero compassion for our situation and actually made me feel like I was a burden to him. If I could rate the vets alone they would get 5 stars. Dr. Bailey and Dr. Myers are wonderful doctors, but their manager actually keeps me from referring anyone to them.
