FOLLOW UP TO PREVIOUS REVIEW: Well the Northeast Animal hospital saw this review and telephoned my house and spoke with my wife (as i wasn't home at the time) a lady(most likely the only one there) could not apologized enough for what happened and said that they were going through staff changes(LIE! as the main one is still behind the wall behind the counter (She didn;t call lol). anyway all said and done with my dog still goes to them as the doctors are not the cause. maybe this review helped? i dunno. but thought i should update.

I've been a customer of Dr Jacobs over 20 years. He is always considerate, knowledgable and caring. Staff is super nice to work with. I know my babies are in good hands whenever I visit.

I agree with Debra H. Dr. Jacobs does not have the best "people skills" but he is very knowledgable. He does know his practice and can treat problems other vets have failed to find. As long as you can deal with his personality he his a good vet.
