I took my 2 dogs here. One for a routine mass removal. She didn't make it. Dr. Kellogg told me it was an adverse reaction to the anesthesia. The technician told me what REALLY happened back there: he didn't check the bloodwork, otherwise he would have seen that she had a low platelet count - too low to clot. She died on the table after the surgery. My other dog went in because she was having trouble closing her mouth and couldn't chew. He took 7 x-rays before he found a piece of plastic in her mouth. Cost me $2000. He charged me for the surgery too.

Knowledgeable vet, friendly staff and reasonable prices. I bring all my pets here for their medical care and have done so for years.

Not worth it, find a new place. The staff was nice well at least the morning girl was but because of the comments I got a quote for a basic exam and grooming (bath and shave) before we went. The lady in the morning was sweet, she quoted me the prices the day before over the phone, the lady in the after noon was greedy and upped everything and the groomer took the dog and left with out a word. When we picked up my baby he was bald as can be, they charged us 50 over the quoted price, charged us twice for a bath and for an 8lb animal that get's groomed every month his hair wasn't even an inch long when we went in and we had to pay for a long haired shave. The directions we gave the vet tech on the shave were not to go that low but they did... the poor thing doesn't even look like his breed and even worse he hasn't stopped itching since we brought him home... They did a barbershop cut at NYC Salon prices. Not only that we never heard a word about the results of his exam... never met the vet, and the staff contradict each other. Worst Vet Services ever, their greed will keep us from returning. From now on I'd rather drive the 4 hours to PA to my old Vet once a year and take him to Pet Smart for grooming than put my poor dog through this again.
