I have been taking my guinea pigs here for several years and the staff is kind and knowledgable. I started taking my puppy here last week and the prices are unbeatable! I love this vet and I would recommend them to any and everyone.

Of all the vets in Hagerstown that I have dealt with, Cumberland Valley is by far the best. The staff are knowledgeable and caring, and the prices are reasonable. Dr. Russon is the only vet I know of in the area who is willing to treat rats and willing to learn more about them. I've been taking all my pets here for about 4 years now.

I used to love this vet but have been disappointed with their service lately and have wondered how competent their new vets are. Dr Rossen is great but I just don't know about the others. The last time i was there, it looked like my dog had a huge cancerous mass and was in his last days. After keeping him for 48 hours he was miraculously healed. a $1,000 bill and nothing was wrong?!?!?!? It sucks, cause I really liked this vet.

I have owned and run a kennel and rescue for almost 5 years and CVVC is the only vet that would give us a price break in washington co. The staff is very nice and knowledgeable, the vets are hard working and knowledgeable as well. Their prices are the best in town, with the best office hours, and a large amount of reservations to give to their customers. I recommend them to all of our customers and have even thought to give the ones that go to CVVC as discount at our kennel, that is how strongly I believe in the level of care and committment that CVVC staff and owners have shown us in the past 5 years.

I have experienced both good and bad at Cumberland Valley. Some of the phone staff are great and other rude. I have had a very positive experience with the doctors to date. After 10 years they are clearly going through some changes of late and I am considering changing vets. It is unfortunate.
