Recently, my dear little Shih-Tzu was diagnosed with heart failure. When I took her to a Cardiologist for an ultrasound, she was terrified. She squirmed and shook through most of the process, even though I was present and this is a very non-invasive procedure. A few days later, I took her for her X-Ray at the New Market Animal Hospital, where Dr. Furie had to take her (alone) for the procedure. It was amazing! Chloe (very spoiled, I might add) went right with her and didn't even make a peep! Dr. Furie had to make two plates, so she had to give her back to me for a few minutes. When it came time for the second X-Ray, Chloe again went willingly with her and even wagged her tail!. All I can say is we must have a Dog Whisperer right here in New Market, MD! Kathy P.
