We love Dr. Seigel. She is great. She knows what is doing and my cats get a great care every time. She has been our cat vet since 2007. I will never even think going someplace else.

These ladies are weird and wonderful. As soon as you walk in you sense "crazy cat lady" all over the place, but that's exactly what you want in a vet office - people who are crazy about your pets. Dr. Seagull (spelling?) might seem a bit "gruff" as she is very blunt and to the point, but I think she's just the kind of person who is an advocate for your pet and will tell you like it is and badger you into making sure your pet is getting all the care they deserve, and I don't think that's just to inflate her wallet, it's because she really cares. Prices are also very reasonable. We left our two kitties with them for over a week and we had no doubts about the attention and care our pets received.

We were referred to by the Pikesville Animal Hospital because we needed our cat boarded. I'm sure glad they did after reading other reviews for other local places this place is just fantastic. Normally you would think you would be charged for getting their nails clipped but it was free. They noticed he needed it and considering he fights us when we try they were more than willing to do so, NO CHARGE. They also charge less than Pikesville Animal Hospital for procedures, for example Teeth Cleaning was about $350 there but at Metropolitan it was only about $250. There might be cheaper places around but I think my trust in Dr. Seigel is well worth that amount. Besides that their building isn't very large but inside you see a couple of free roaming cats and they are very friendly so if you like the idea of not every cat is in a cage then this might be a way for you to have faith that they love cats!

Metropolitan Cat Hospital is such a wonderful vet office. Everyone on the staff is so friendly and compassionate. One of my kitties is a very difficult patient but they are all very nice to him and don't hold it against him! They are reasonably priced and they have even given me a break after I had just spent hundreds at an emergency vet.

Love Doc Siegel and staff. They are always there with the best advice. Doc and staff has been caring for our animal family since 1993. Can't ask for a more caring and loving staff.
