I took my cat in because it seemed like her ear was bothering her. The staff is very professional, and there customer service is excellent. I had an appointment for 3:15 and I showed up about 30 minutes early, and I only had to wait 10 minutes. Dr. Miller is awesome. He was very good with my cat (KitKat), He was very knowledgeable and took his time to explain everything I needed to do to take care of my cats ear infection. The prices are extremely reasonable. I would recommend Dr. Miller to any pet owners. I will continue to use CCVH for all my pet needs. Thank you Dr. Miller.

We took our 9 week old cockapoo puppy for his 1st visit the day after we picked up our puppy. We were able to get a same day appt which we loved. The dr took us on a tour of the facility and we were very impressed with the technology they have to care for your pet. The hospital did not smell like any pets had been there. The nurse and dr took great care in examining our puppy using the up most gentle care. My family will continue to have current and future pets attending this hospital for their care.

Took my dog here for her first Maryland vet visit. We just moved here from the west coast. The vet was helpful in getting us what we needed for her to be healthy in this area. He gave us lime disease vaccines, heart worm meds, and did blood work. He also trimmed her du claws free of charge because her groomer neglected to trim them. While we were waiting for her blood work to be done, he showed us around the back of the facilities. I appreciated seeing their lab equipment. He was very gentle with her, as was the woman who helped him (vet tech I'm assuming?). He gave us a cup to collect a stool sample in and instructed us to bring it in. I went home and googled what that test was for, and it's to check for parasites. It's too hot where we lived for parasites like that, so I brought the cup back for a refund. They refunded it for me and gave me cash. It was much appreciated. All in all I would recommend this place.

I took my German Shepherd dog here to receive OFA hip & elbow scoring. Dr.Miller and his team were very kind and did their best to make me happy with the positioning of the dog in the x-ray (which is very important and sometimes quite difficult to achieve). The office environment is very warm and friendly and it is quite obvious the care of my animal was priority over the all-mighty dollar. I've been to many vets who suggest extreme or unnecessary action and charge astronomical prices for clear profit. Dr. Miller and his team did not show this poor quality and, even when dealing with another customer as well as myself, showed more concern for the pet-owners pleasant experience at their office and the overall health of the animal. To me this is priceless.

I've been with Dr. Miller for many years, even after moving about 20 minutes away. I tried another vet in our area and just wasn't very impressed by her so I went back to Dr. Miller. On our most recent visit, Dr. Miller discovered our cat had ear mites. He let me, my husband and our small children look at them through the microscope. The kids thought it was the neatest thing! He's a great vet!
