Very helpful from the 1st phone call! My husband and I are new to the area and could not be happier that Piscataqua Animal Hospital is just a few miles away. Our 5 year old cat was very sick out of the blue the other day and after some research we made the decision to call PAH. Katie was extremely helpful and knowledgable over the phone as it was the end of the day and we weren't able to get her in. I felt like a first time Mom and she was able to help put my worries at ease. When I brought our cat in the next morning we were welcomed by their very warm and friendly staff. Marjorie the vet tech was very compassionate and personable. Dr. Mike Schafer was fabulous, I have never met a more caring and gentle veterinarian in my life. They needed to do some testing on Stella and he made sure to keep checking in with me to let me know everything that was happening. We are so impressed with their experience, knowledge and compassion. We were also pleased with the email follow ups and impressed that we received prompt testing results without having to chase them down as you have to in most other offices. We will never go anywhere else as long as we are living here. Thank you to all of the wonderful staff at Piscataqua Animal Hospital.
