This vet provides horrible service. The facilities are dirty and the vets provide sub-par care. I have known two dogs who have gone here whose stitches came out and both needed emergency treatment. In addition, the front office staff is horrible and overcharges people. The office manager, Anna, is a nightmare to deal with. There are many competent vets in Ann Arbor. This is NOT one of them.
Gave my cat vaccinations that weren't needed; didn't perform all standar checkup procedures in exam room. Refused to transfer my cat's records to the new vet.
