Wonderful people. Compassionate and informative. Took my dog here with acute pain, unfortunately we had to put her down. Everyone here was kind and helpful during a terrible time.

Unfortunately I've had to use this service twice again but won't be again. I've been very disappointed both times I've been there. The first time was for a dog that had ingested something and was having a bad reaction. The vet at that time didn't want to listen to what we had to tell her, and instead just wanted us to leave the dog there for observation to the tune of another $600. The second time was for a dog with ripped stitches and while we were the only ones there I was left for an extended period of time with a bleeding dog while they put together a price list for me of the various options. I've never been to a vet where I've felt their main concern is to figure out how much they can upcharge you for services. The vet the second time also didn't recognize the signs of a stressed out dog (drooling) and said she had never seen a dog do that before, which really makes me question her qualifications. My dog hates this vet and I'm not too fond either. I'll be going somewhere else if there's a next time.

The staff was wonderful and very helpful. Highly recommended!

cat had bladder infection. when the vet used a needle to obtain a urine sample she nicked a vein in my cat. by the next day my cat had a raging fever from infection. she had to be trached and we were never told about this procedure. cat did not eat for 10 days had to feed with an eye dropper. this vet is a disaster. cat is slowly recovering but still not well. also $700. An outrage but no else available. How sad.

I was very impressed with the professionalism and compassion of the vets here. Unfortunately, due to an aggressive and untreatable cancer, my pet passed away while being treated here. As sad as that was though, they were very compassionate and professional, keeping me informed and allowing me to make important decisions regarding my pet's care. They also went out of their way to investigate the cancer after he had passed away (without charging me for autopsy). This kind gesture gave me great peace of mind that there really wasn't anything we could have done.
