Love coming here. The staff is thorough and explains everything. Puppy loves seeing the doc! --1 year later-- Pup just went in for his big boy exam yesterday to get his updated rabies and annual physical exam. I really don't understand how people have had bad experiences here however after reading some of their comments I can understand why they don't understand based on their attitudes and dogmatic arguments... Regardless, this staff has been like a family through and through. Whenever we've had puppy concerns the staff has been so helpful in making sure the pup is going to be better. Both vets are very open with their own pet-lives and have shared insight from those experiences such as putting down their aging friends and also the joys of adopting a new dog. They really take time to connect with you and your pet; yesterday she was on the floor with him examining his heart rate. I see true love from them. I've never had a contradiction with their advice and trust them completely. They still call after our appts to make sure he is doing fine from whatever procedure was performed. He still loves going to the vet which is so funny! When we walk by he tries to pull me to the building to go inside, even during after-hours when no one is there. Go here and you'll find a family that will care for your baby like you deserve.

I randomly walked into this clinic 3 years ago when my cat broke his leg and the Ann Arbor Cat Clinic wouldn't take him. Dr. Eberly was so caring, personable, and I can't even imagine someone thinking she is remotely pompous. We had a very long and weird recovery period for my cat and her staff were with me every step of the way. She answered my texts and phone calls. She even drove my cat to the surgeon! I was floored and continued to be floored by excellent customer service they provide. My cat was in pain and mean, and they were total pros. My cat and dog have been under her car ever since. DR EBERLY RULES!

I've had pets for many years and I think Dr. Danskin and Eberly are very good vets.

Dr. Eberly and the staff of Washtenaw Veterinary is this area's most exemplary veterinary practice. Why? Certainly there are vets across the county which may provide comparable services and innovative techniques, but Dr. Eberly is a master clinician. She doesn't just diagnosis with great accuracy she also doesn't OVER diagnosis, over-prescribe, judge or practice from a template. She assesses the animal's behavior and works with it. The facility is beautiful, clean and warm. The staff, Teri, Trish and company have great follow-thru, are personable and help to heal even the sickest of animals (in my case, cats). I only wish my own doctor's were as skilled as the vets at Washtenaw Vet. Go...you will not be disappointed.

Dr Crystal Eberly and her staff are outstanding. In October I had to put my Gracie to sleep. She was my best friend for almost 12 years. Dr. Eberly did everything she could to try and help Gracie get better before we made the decision to put her down. Gracie had been sick for several months prior and she was not getting better. Dr. Eberly, called regularly to check on Gracie and once Gracie had passed, she called to check on me and had a tree planted in her name. She sent me a card. I think it is so evident that she cares so much for the animals she treats and the people who love them. I will never switch vets. She is a little bit expensive, but well worth the extra money. If you are looking for a quality vet, a person to care for your animals the way you do. You owe it to your pets to go see her.
