I love North Gratiot Vet! Dr. Bob and Dr. Brett are so great and wonderful, and so caring. We've been seeing them for years, and they've done multiple surgeries on my black lab who has been plagued with recurring tumors. The wait can be long sometimes, but in my opinion it's because there are so many doctors and so many patients, but not as many rooms as perhaps the facility needs. Nevertheless, if you're looking for caring vets who are focused on what's best for your pet, you should definitely go here. Their prices are also very reasonable, so that's a plus.

Worst Vet I have EVER been to! I walked through the door as a first time client with 2 puppys. For the first 30 minutes I was totally ignored (the 5 receptionist there refused to make eye contact and were "busy" doing who knows what). When I was there for exactly 1 hour waiting...I finally got up and left. They were rude and gave no excuses to why the wait was that long when there were just a few people waiting anyways. It seems that this is the norm for this place. After doing some research on them afterwards I found one of the vets is a felon who wrote prescriptions for herself. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!
