We had a scare and my 10 year old dog was acting as if she had serious issues or a possible fracture in her rear paw. I had never been to Haven Animal Hospital and they were absolute life savers. They have a great staff and new facility and were able to take my 10 year old through a day of tests with light medication to confirm she would be ok after some rest. I am a long time dog owner and have moved around quite a bit, but I would not hesitate to put Haven Animal Hospital amongst the best Animal Hospitals I have been to.

The staff is soooo friendly and caring. The hospital is clean, open and welcoming. The Dr. really takes the time necessary to hear your concerns and discuss options. You automatically feel like family on your first visit.

My experience with Haven Animal Hospital has been EXCELLENT. Yes, medical care and diagnosing an illness is expensive - but that's true for pets and people alike. As consumers, we have to remember that our vets must provide professional care, medication, purchase or use expensive diagnostic tools and also keep up with ongoing medical education, not to mention pay salaries, rent and so forth. I was referred to this animal hospital by my sister, who has been going to this practice for 20-some years - basically two generations of cats. The staff is caring and professional and Dr. B is highly competent. My German Shepherd CoCo received excellent care and careful screening to diagnose her condition. My dog got the best I could hope for. I highly recommend this vet.

Dr. Bytwerk is always able to answer any questions I have and does a great job explaining any conditions or treatments. She always puts me at ease with her knowledge and experience.

We have been taking our two senior cats to Haven after moving to this area from out of state last year. Dr.Turner is extremely knowledgeable, thorough, sensitive and caring. She is truly gifted and we consider ourselves so lucky to have her care for our kitties! One of our cats was in critical condition from kidney failure when we first brought her in. Dr.Turner and the team at Haven saved her life! They kept us updated on progress frequently, were open to our input, and were so sweet and gentle with our cat. Our other cat's health issues are not as severe, but she is similarly treated with an outstanding level of care. They treat both of our cats as if they were their own. The team at Haven are fantastic and we highly recommend them!
