The quality of care at Cascade Hospital for Animals is unsurpassed. Over the years, my dogs have seen every one of the veterinarians that work there, and I've been pleased with their knowledge, skill and compassion. The staff is the best that I've seen - and they are the ones who put my dogs at ease when we arrive. I moved away from Cascade, so my drive is long to get to Cascade Hospital for Animals - but it is definitely worth it!

In the last year and a half we have taken one of our cats here for LASER therapy and our dog for CCL surgery and all of our pre-meetings, procedures, and follow-up were GREAT! Our normal vet is great, but they recommend us here for specialized procedures not done at many places. The doctors and techs were kind, compassionate, honest, and caring. It wasn't just my wife's and my opinion; it translated to our pets too. They can tell when people are genuine and it made them comfortable and the procedures easy on them. Based on what we have experienced I would highly recommend Cascade Hospital for Animals to any pet parent for any service they offer.

Dr. Ritzman and the staff at Cascade Hospital for Animals are phenomenal. We appreciate their friendly and personable nature, but hugely value that in conjunction with their knowledge and expertise. Our little bunny who visits on a regular basis for a not so nice procedure is treated with great concern and respect. He's one of our babies and it's important that he's healthy and happy. She's incredible with not only providing information, but takes the time to make sure she fully answers any questions we may have. Hands down, Dr. Ritzman is the best small animal vet in the West Michigan area. We feel very fortunate we found her.

We have been taking our dog, Snoopy, to Cascade Hospital for Animals since we moved here 7 years ago. Dr. Siegle has cared for our dog all these years. Initially, our dog suffered a back injury(ruptured disk) and was paralyzed. Dr. Siegle worked with us to get the proper surgery that literally saved our dogs life. Ever since, the entire staff at this facility has been caring, informative and effective in treating our dog. We board her there, and continue her health care with Dr. Siegle. 7 days a week, we know they are there for our pet. They're the best!!

cannot express how wonderful cascade hospital for animals is! all the receptionists are sweet, knowledgeable, and attentive and dr. ritzman takes exemplary care of our menagerie from dwarf hamsters to bearded dragons. would recommend in a heartbeat!
