I am also puzzled by these reviews. The staff is amazingly compassionate. They remember my pup each time he comes, and they come out to greet him each time. Also, the vets are great with him, especially the way they give shots--They give him a treat while receiving a shot, so my pup doesn't wince, even a bit. He loves going to the vet. Additionally, the prices are extremely reasonable. Overall, probably the best vet experience I've had. I normally don't write reviews, but I definitely believe that Mapleview Animal Hospital doesn't deserve the negative reviews it has received, and therefore I wanted to share my experience as well. 5 stars, in my eyes!

I can't understand the negative review. This place is very clean and the staff were all friendly and great. I would recommend this vet office to anyone. I gave a cursory glance at the reviews given by the negative responder and she isn't happy with anything. Mapleview rocks.

I too have had a negative experience with the staff at this clinic. I have a tough decision to make regarding my pets and called for some advice. I was interrupted in mid-sentence and spoken to in a condescending tone. This all happened in the first minute of the conversation. I was near tears with frustration by the end of this brief uncomfortable phone call. I have heard nothing but nice things about Dr. Bader, which makes me wonder if he is even aware of how his staff treats people. This issue needs to be addressed. I will not use their services again. My daughter takes her dogs to Mapleview and has said they are rude to her as well but she likes Dr. Bader so just chooses to over look the rudeness.

The people that work here are the rudest people I have ever encountered! Even when you call to make an appointment the staff is rude over the phone. Right when you walk through the front door it smells so horrible. ...the urine and feces smell just gags you. Then to have to encounter rude ass employees that work there.

I wouldn't trust any else with my pets. He is very honest and willing to work with his clients.
