Amazing. We had to put our elderly cat to sleep last Sunday. The entire staff was compassionate and helpful. We had Buttons for seventeen great years. No one rushed this difficult moment, they gave us all the time we needed. They got us right in. Buttons passed peacefully and immediately. It was a very difficult day and Southwest did everything they could to make it easier on us. They gave Buttons a little casket, wrote her name on it and drew a little heart below her name. THANK YOU Southwest Michigan Animal Emergency Hospital. I've been telling all my friends w/pets where they and their pets will be well cared for 24/7.

I did not take my dog into this poor excuse of a emergency animal hospital my english bulldog went into labor and because we did not have the full amount up front the person on the phone said well if you cant borrow or come up with the money she will have to be euthanized uhm hello shes is a healthy a.k.c bulldog and because of their greed we lost not one not two but 4 puppies out of seven due to the complications she had during her whelping process and may possibly be ruined thanks for nothing and sadly I am not the first person they denied service to another family were turned away and sadly there dog passed away that night this place should be closed down!!!!!
