Phenomenal....the only word I can use to describe the customer service I've received at Banfield Pet Hospital. About a year ago, I was in PetSmart and had a couple questions regarding my cat. I didn't have her with me, and was obviously not going to spend money that day. Dr. Olstead took the time to answer all of my questions anyway. So naturally, when our cat became ill this was the first place that came to mind. I called on a Friday afternoon asking to be worked in as soon as possible...they worked me in THAT NIGHT!! Not only was Dr Olstead wonderful once again, the receptionist was very friendly, and the nurse was incredible - our cat barely likes us, let alone other people - she had our cat snuggling with her during our appointment (I've literally never witnessed our cat being that comfortable with anyone!). They took a situation that started out very stressful for me (that morning my cat had urinated repeatedly on my bed...she was being seen for a UTI) and had my husband and I feeling at ease and laughing throughout the appointment. They were incredibly efficient yet thorough (and their prices are incredibly reasonable...we paid less than half of what we were expecting to pay). I could not have been more impressed with my entire visit. Thank you Banfield Pet Hospital! We will be back!!!

The vet care team was okay they were nice, but the vet, dr olstead; was VERY VERY rude, my pup had been puking & i didnt have enough money for that much treatment, (he wanted 600 for just bloodwork) he had horrible customer service, he raised his voice to me when i told him i couldnt afford that, and told me my puppy was going to die if i didnt get him the treatment. I later took my puppy to a different vet and had him do the SAME evaluations, and the 2nd vet told me to just feed him chicken and rice for a couple days and to not gice him any treats, he said that he just had an upset stomach, and since the first moment i fed him the chicken and rice my puppy has been back to normal not throwing up not gloomy hes been happy go lucky. Needless to say i will NEVER go back there.

Vet was excellent along with the rest of care team. They are very thurough and good with my cat. I would recommend them to all. I feel safe letting them work on my cat under anesthesa.
