The staff is friendly, profession, and knowledgeable. They listen to their client's concerns and take the time to explain everything. We love them and would recommend them to anyone in the Lansing area!

I had an amazing experience at this animal clinic. About a year ago I found a kitten that had been thrown out of a moving car window. Not only did they work with me with payments for a kitten who had a broken leg and an injured tail, but they ALWAYS worked me in the schedule when I needed an emergency visit because my little kitten needed something. They really went the extra mile. At first I had attempted another animal clinic in my frantic search for help but, somehow, all the doctors and vet-techs were out (in the middle of the week around 3pm). Lake Lansing Road Animal Clinic saved my cats life.

They were VERY compassionate and understanding when we had to put down our dog and they did a great job caring for our dog when she was alive. We will continue to take our current dog and any future dogs to this vet.
