Dr. Kim was amazing when we brought our dog in today that had a vestibular incident. She was professional and compassionate and we were lucky enough to leave with our dog. I have no doubt she would have been just as amazing if the worst had happened, however. I would not hesitate to go back, if our regular vet is closed.

We were visiting my hometown of Jackson, Mi from out of state August 29th- September 3rd when Motley fell very ill. After taking him to a local veterinary clinic in Jackson, we realized that he would not have received the care that we expected there so we brought him to Lansing Veterinary Medical Center. From the moment we walked through their doors, the staff exceeded our expectations! They got us into an examining room very quickly and admitted my sweet boy for 24/hr IV fluids and antibiotics. Being that I was noticeably upset about having to leave Motley, I ensured them that I would call them, "about 100 times" to check on him. The assured me that I could call as often as I wanted...and I did! Everyone was great and treated my boy with the best care possible. They even called me today, 09/11/14 to check on Motley! Thank you Lansing Veterinary Medical Center for all you do!

I brought my dog their for an emergency and they said that I had to leive him there and it would cost $800 to $1100 can't you do something right now they said no so I payed them $99 and took my dog to Dr. Patterson they gave him a shot for his breathing an some pills an he was fine 1 hour laiter for only $70 Who is the con men????

Our terrier lost a chunk of his hide and needed some stitches. I called Lansing Veterinary Medical Center after our normal vet told us it was a non-emergency and that it would be a five hour wait. LVMC scheduled us an appointment that day, within the hour, and the care was excellent. Kate was very friendly. The vet explained all the procedures, presented a proposed bill, and the surgery was completed a few hours later. LVMC did an excellent job for our dog. I thought the bill for emergency Saturday dog stitching was reasonable and the care was great. Great folks if you have an emergency.
