They follow up with you before you leave after you schedule online. They do a great job of cleaning out litter box, bringing in the paper and mail, even texting updates while we were out of town for 12 days. I highly recommend them!
My experience with Pet Nanny was very positive. We had used this service a couple of times when my cat, at 15 yrs old., developed special health needs. They have done a terrific job taking care of him while we are out of town, even texting me to tell me how he was doing.
Did a good job of taking care of our pitbull terrier for the day; would use again; no complaints.
