Overall, Waverly Animal Hospital is a great place to get your pets looked at and the staff are extremely kind but for the love of god don't board your dogs here. Avoid boarding your dog here at all costs because you'll never know whats going on with him there. I boarded my dog there for a few weeks while I prepared to move to Europe. Every other day we would call to see how our dog was doing and every time we were told that he was doing "great". It wasn't until one day before our flights that we got a call saying that he had bitten someone and that he was now to be put in quarantine for ten days minimum. It was at this point that the staff came out and told us he had been getting progressively worse and was showing signs of kennel stress. If they had told us the truth we could have taken him out before it got to this. But because of their lies we lost over two thousand dollars worth of flight tickets and our dog could possibly be put down. Avoid their boarding!

We were referred to Waverly by a friend after bringing home our puppy, and we are so grateful. They have awesome hours, and many times they are willing/able to see you on the day you called in. The doctors are great and the staff is so nice. They answer all of our "new parent" type questions. I would recommend them to anyone - and I am picky!!
