There was some confusion over a 2 day apointment for a heartworm treatment (Us thinking it would only take 1 day, there was no mention of it taking 2)... And they accommodated by keeping our dog overnight, without charge... The staff is friendly and from speaking to some of them, they get to know your pet personally... recommended.
