Very unhappy with our service at this vet. We selected this vet based on the several positive reviews we found and were disappointed. The girls at the front desk were pleasant and helpful but the vet was rude and condescending whenever we asked questions about the 2 dogs we brought in. When we rang up our bill it for annual vaccines we were astounded that the bill was $500 for the yearly checkup and vaccines for the 2 dogs. It turned out that they had performed a few tests we didn't ask for nor want done that totaled nearly $200 in additional costs that we were completely unaware of. At the same time they kept trying to push us to do additional tests and treatments on our 2 dogs without informing us of the cost and when we asked why we would do that or what the benefit was, the implication was just that if we cared about our dogs we would just do whatever they said. Very unhappy. Way overpaid and will not return.
I went there for the first time today and my poor dog was having leg issues and the staff greeted me with smiles and were very kind. The vet explained to me everything and treated me and my dog more than just another client. The prices are very reasonable and they work with you to get the best care possible for your pet.
Excellent veterinary care - knowledgeable & nice staff. I have a dog who, due to abuse he suffered as a young pup (before I got him) is very scared/timid, hates men & doesn't like children. The staff made it easy for me to book an appointment with only female vet & female vet techs. My dog came in timid & growling & by the end of the appointment was taking treats from Dr Linda's hand. I couldn't be more blessed than to have them as our vets.
I have been a client of the Wyoming Animal Hospital (WAH) for 9 years. They are kind, patient, understanding and knowledgeable. When my dog kept having a recurring issue they were not "pill pushers" - instead we looked into alternative options. I really like the fact that they take the time to get to know each dog. The doctors and staff will get right on the floor with your dog and even let your dog give them kisses! Your dog will not be another $$$ sign walking through the door. The WAH is always attending the latest trainings and seminars to keep up-to-date on the best care for our animals. The WAH also gets very involved with the community as well. I highly recommend them based on the last 9 years of experiences there.
