I just love Andover Animal Hospital! The staff, Dr. Kari, and the whole team, really take good care of my two girls. I have Hairless Chinese Cresteds, and they can be a bit needy. They walk me through any issues my girls have with my very busy schedule. I just love it that I can call and ask questions, and they know who I am, who my girls are, and help me. I love that! The staff and doctors at Andover Animal Hospital have been excellent in the care of my 2 dogs. I took both dogs in for an annual physical exam and found out that one of them had an ear infection that I didn't even know about. After medicating for 2 weeks, I went back in for a scheduled recheck and was pleased to find that there wasn't a charge for the recheck or the lab test to make sure the infection was gone. I am always greated by a friendly staff member weather it is on the phone or in person! They even offer appointments on Sundays! Highly recommend them!

Excellent friendly staff & thoroughal examination! I brought "Mrs. Turqouis" in to be checked for mites because she had been scratchin' up a storm and had dandruff. The staff was EXCELLENT and so sweet to my kitty! When the Dr. entered the room, she said "Hi Turqouis" in the most loving and caring voice. She paid extra attention searching for buggies and collecting fur from all over her body. They couldn't find mites but gave her medicine anyways, since she was showing the symptoms of having them. She got rid of her mites. I give this clinic and its staff 5 stars for excellent service, loving attention and thoroughal examination! I only wish the medicine wouldn't cost so much, but that's out of the clinic's control.
