When I first walked into the clinic, the front desk receptionist (older woman with white hair), never smiled nor did she greet me, I smiled and said "I think I have an appt this morning...." and before I could finish my sentence she interrupted me and said "No you don't" I was shocked and surprised that without knowing my name or what vet I was coming to see she tells me "no you don't" so I proceeded to ask if there was a Dr. XXXX at this clinic and she said "no" never bothered to say "there's another clinic/hospital etc...." As it turned out, I was at the wrong clinic, but this woman didn't know me, or who I was coming to see??? I've shared my experience with other pet owners, and they also say the same, this "receptionist" is quite rude and not welcoming at all!

AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!! Terribly incompetent vets who almost killed my dog!!!

I went to Animal Care Clinic because I was told it was a great clinic and fairly priced but it was a total joke...for me. I've heard others love them...but I was NOT impressed at all! I seemed to know more about what was going on with my puppies than they did. For the SAME issue I went back there a total of 5 times when I would only have to go my Vet back home ONCE for them to figure it out (it was a recurring matter)...on the last visit they decided to perform multiple tests on one of my puppies (we agreed to ONE) and they tried to charge us for all of them...umm yeah NOT cool...there's a lot more that I could say but I will leave it at that I took our puppy to Headwaters and they figured out was wrong in ONE visit, gave me medicine for her and within a day she was getting back to her spunky, adorable, lively self!!! Any questions I had they answered thoroughly, and they explained EVERYTHING to me before they did anything.

Our 3 dogs get groomed regularly at "Canine Divine South" (located at Animal Care Clinic)and absolutely LOVE the groomers ~ they are certified groomers that know what they are doing. Believe me with as much DOG as we have, we need their coats in the best shape possible to keep the shedding to a minimum. Thank you Jessica and Lexie for all the work you do to keep our dogs looking so fine!
