I have had to take my cat to Countryside on two occasions. Outstanding care provided!!! The staff are the best!!! I believe they genuinely love and care deeply about the animals that they care for. I feel that this is not a job for these wonderful people but, rather it is a heartfelt vocation. I recommend Countryside to everyone!!!

My wife and I have been going to Countryside for many years. I have always had pets, often times multiple pets at the same time. I have also been to many different vets offices because I have lived all over the country. Dr Rich and everyone on his staff are the very best I have ever encountered. My animals are like my kids, they deserve the very best care they can get and this is the place, the only place, as far as I am concerned. They are outstanding in every aspect of their care, not only for the animals, but for the people as well. We had a bulldog that was very old and died of heart failure one day while she was with my wife running errands. My wife called me at work, hysterical. I told her to go to countryside and I would meet her there. We knew Ruby was gone, but I told her to go to countryside because I knew they would take care of my wife as well as respectfully take care of our poor deceased Ruby. Being in this business is as much about the pet owners as it is about the pets. These folks get it and it shows in everything they do. GO TO COUNTRYSIDE WITH YOUR PETS, YOU WILL BE SO GLAD YOU DID!!!

My tiny 5 pound mix had been cared for at Countryside since we got her at 2.5 pounds. She had eye problems and Dr Rich so gently addressed her needs. She is in great shape now and we wouldn't go anywhere else!

My husband and I have worked with Dr. Rich and the Staff at Countryside for approximately 17 years, they are the absolute BEST!!!! They're love and compassion for animals is outstanding, especially in the worst situations - loss of an animal/family member. Over the years we have had several dogs and a cat (all family members), so we have had much experience with the office staff and doctors. No matter if it is for a surgery or regular office visit, the staff and doctors are professional, knowledgeable and helpful, in all areas of animal health. The best part is, my animals LOVED/LOVE to visit Countryside Animal Hospital. Every staff member is attentive to every animal. When my parents moved closer to us, and had to have a puppy, I referred them to Dr. Rich and Staff for all their animal care needs. My parents love Countryside's service, knowledge and care, the staff takes with each patient. Kudos to the Staff at Countryside. We LOVE Countryside Animal Hospital doctors and staff!! Keep up the great work!

I really like taking my cat here. All the techs are great and both doctors are very well informed and dedicated to keeping her healthy. A great animal hospital!
