As A Veterinary Technician student I did my internship there and the staff is very friendly and I learned a lot from my time with them. I also have taken my animals there and have gotten the best of care by the great DVM's on Staff most recently Dr. Shantel Julius. I will continue to take my two beagles there

We had to take 1 of our 3 dogs there for emergency surgery because our existing vet did not have the staff for it. After that experience we changed vets. Dr. Shantel is amazing. We have a 17 year old dog who's had some major surgeries and they've taken great care of her. Their pricing is less expensive than our old vet. I've decided not to vaccinate my dogs anymore due to allergies, so I do get a little "vaccination" shame from the receptionists when I go in, but Dr. Shantel knows my wishes and respects them.

My husband and I drive from Zimmerman MN to go to this vet clinic. We are willing to drive a hour because this clinic does not push shots or labs and they treat what needs to be treated and are quick. Affordable prices and very friendly caring staff.

Have always had great service and affordable prices. our dog has had surgeries and routine care here. I have recommended lots of friends/coworkers to drive some distance to come to South Shore. Have used them for the last 7yrs.

If there was an award for the worst customer service in the Twin Cities, this place would take it! The receptionists are rude, forgetful and even after your pet has been going there for 7 years, they don't have a clue who you are! They lose your pet's file, make you wait when you are on time for appointments, have absolutely no phone skills, and are very disorganized every single time we have gone there for services! Today was the last straw! We were on time for our appointment as usual and the receptionist behind the desk had already put away our file and then had the nerve to say,"We didn't think you were coming!". After an inexcusable wait in the waiting room, two vet techs came out and gave my dog her shot in the waiting room. The dog wasn't weighed nor were we given any of the other services we received in the past. Customer service is very important part of your business South Shore. I suggest taking the hard earned money we have paid you all these years and invest in some classes. After this, I will be looking for a new vet.
