I was going to another vet in Hastings and didn't like being talked down to, feeling railroaded into all sorts of vaccinations, etc. I gave Riverbend a try and what a difference. The doc listened to me, was knowledgeable about the risks vs. benefits, and I really felt he respected my opinion and answered all my questions. Together we were able to come up with a plan for my dog that I feel is best for her. I think the cost is better there too, but the care I feel my dog is now getting is priceless. Not to mention the staff all the way from reception to the assistant was awesome. My dog probably can't wait to go back. Thanks guys!
