It seems they are always overbooked here, and if you have a visit that is not routine and quick, you can tell there is a lot of discomfort for the vets. The Vet that helped me was in such a hurry, she actually told me she had to leave the room to check on some test for me, but actually went to another appointment without answering all of my questions. Since they always seem to be in a rush, you end up feeling a lot more like a number and less like a human being with a pet they care about. My cat was actually improperly diagnosed here, which I feel happened since only a glance was taken at her test results. If you're looking at going here because of the location, I recommend instead going to Southview Animal Hospital, it isn't far away and since I switched and started going there I am much more satisfied.

We have been taking our dogs to Blackberry for the past year and couldn't be happier. Every member of their staff is always friendly and caring, not only towards our dogs but also towards us! They remember you by name showing their great relationships with their clients. We have always been very pleased with our experiences at Blackberry and will always continue taking our dogs there!

I live in Cottage Grove but choose to go to Inver Grove for my vet needs at Blackberry Veterinarian. The prices are much more reasonable, the staff is super friendly and the doctors are great. I love Blackberry and so do my cats !!
