I love bringing my animals here, they are not over priced or give you unnecessary medications or pain killers when they are not needed. Not only do they have the best prices, their staff are down to earth and realistic with what your individual animal's needs are. I highly recommend them! I have over a handful of animals with them and all my surgeries, shots, and recommendations have been the best.
I had a great experience, dropped my cat off to be declawed and fixed, the staff was all very sweet and kind. I got several phone calls with updates while my pet was in there care and even follow up phone calls after I picked him up. I was very pleased with the care they showed for my pet.
I was recommended to this vet by a friend and was extremely happy with the experience. For one thing, you can't beat the price; it's about half the price of the vets in the city of St. Cloud, such as Granite City. I took my cats in for a check-up and vaccinations, and both the nurse and vet were friendly, talkative, and answered my questions candidly and thoughtfully. They spent extra time giving me suggestions for helping my cats lose weight, and gave me a list of recommended "whole" organic cat foods. They clipped the cats' nails at no charge (this costs $10 elsewhere). I plan to take my cats here in the future for regular care.
I have to say that I was VERY disappointed with the experience. The Kimball vet clinic came recommended to me but I found the service to be less than satisfactory. I took my cat there to be spayed. When I got there to pick her up the girl that brought her out was just lugging the cat carrier under her arm and bouncing my cat with each step while she howled inside. I NEVER even saw the vet - no contact - never even came out to say hi. I got NO after care instructions, and didn't realize until too late that they never even gave me a receipt to see how much I paid for what. I will NEVER go back there - even if their prices are lower than most
I have called the clinic twice and been treated very rudely by the receptionist, whose name she gave as Dawn. I haven't even taken my dog to the clinic yet and I'm hoping the rest of the staff is nicer than she has been.
