We were there today and our experience was wonderful. Besides being an excellent vet, Dr, Klein and his staff recognized that cost was an issue so he laid out a couple of different options, his recommendations and the cost of each. His staff was diligent with the follow up questions we needed answered. This was my 18 year old sons first time with being the adult in charge of decision making for his pet and it was a great experience.

Dr. Tim Klein and Dr. Stone and the staff are all wonderful, compassionate people who really love animals and what they do. Every time I have a checkup for my cat, they are focused and truly into their patient. I am always told what is recommended before any procedures are done, and they are willing to work with them and payments. Even though I moved away from Mapleton, I will always go there, and recommend others to do the same. They even will reemberse for gas and take care of senior citizens. How many places can say they do that? This is this best Veterinarian to go to ever.

Our 12 year old dog got hurt on the farm. We couldn't get in to see our regular vet and a friend recommended All Pets in Mapleton. They were able to see Josie (our dog) within an hour. She had a dislocated hip. They did a wonderful job and explained what they were going to do. They even talked about sending her home with a pain management plan. My friend said they will treat Josie like a person and when they used the phrase "pain management" I really felt they loved our dog as much as our family did. The process of healing is still going on (not with the hip) and they call to check on her periodically. Dr Klien and Dr Stone were wonderful...my husband refers to Josie going to the vet as Josie going to the spa. She doesn't mind when we have to leave her over night. I am so pleased our friend referred us as I am sure we would be without Josie today.

I will always refer friends and family to All Pets Medicine because of the wonderful and friendly staff and excellent care they provide my pets. I trust them implicitly. One time I rescued a cat who was severely malnourished and dehydrated and rushed him in unannounced. They immediately took him and provided him such good care he recovered completely. They also helped with outsourcing such as with For Pets, and he was placed in a good foster home. A couple of years ago, my beloved Guinness kitty developed cancer. Dr. Klein and his team did everything possible to save him, including a delicate surgery that gave Guinness more time. And I was kept informed and asked what I wanted for my kitty. When the cancer spread and Guinness started to suffer, Dr. Klein was so compassionate and understanding, and that helped to make that horrible experience liveable when I realized I had to let Guinness go. I had "alone time" with Guinness to say goodbye, and they let me take my time getting enough composure to leave the clinic when he was gone. They were even worried if I was okay to drive home. Now that is something special. I will always refer everybody to All Pets. They are very professional and compassionate and do their very best!

I got my dog from a rescue and she had what we thought was a tumor in her eye. I brought her to All Pets to have it checked out and removed. I received a call from Doctor Klein saying that it had actually been a bebe gun pellet near her eye. I am so thankful for all that All Pets was able to do for my dog. They were extremely helpful and were more than helpful the three or four times I called during the days after the surgery with questions. My dog went back in for a check up after her "interesting" surgery and I was not charged for the quick visit. I was recommended to All Pets from a friend and since going there I definatly recommend them!!!
