We took our poor cat here because he was suffering from a urinary tract infection. We were greeted at the door and the technician, after letting us know up front what the cost of examination would be (which we appreciated), took us straight to an examination room. She was very friendly and great with our pet. The DVM saw our cat no more than a few minutes later. She did what seemed to be a very thorough examination and offered explanations for our cat's symptoms, cause of illness, etc. She explained each medication she prescribed and each drug came with a monograph to describe side effects to expect. What we appreciated the most was that the DVM was very honest in her thoughts and recommended to NOT perform a cystocentesis because our cat's bladder was too empty to yield any useful results. We would have agreed to it if she recommended performing it, and I'm sure it would have been costly. My only complaint was a charge dispute. I noticed on the invoice that we were charged for two different antibiotics when our cat was only prescribed one. I called and they immediately recognized the mistake and it was fixed in a few minutes over the phone. Overall, the staff were friendly and professional, the facilities were clean, and the clinic seems to be very transparent in their practice. Hopefully I won't have to, but I would feel very comfortable bringing my pets here again.
