Was very over priced and not the best customer service. They did treat my dog well but didn't seem to have the people skills with the owner. When asked questions they answered them as if I was a Vet or Doctor. Also was told I had to pay up front before they would even look at my dog. How can I pay up front when you don't even know what is wrong with my dog?

I have been taking my 4 legged child to this care site for over two years. He has received excellent care from compassionate practitioners. While some say vet care can seem expensive, I recognize this is all due to a lack of perspective. My loved one is worth every penny of care he receives and the staff that cares for him is worth being paid their fair share. The technology used to treat my dog is on par with most human medical care and the staff at NVAC do their very best to do what is reasonable and in my 4 legged child's best interest. Thank you!

NVAC has always been very pleasant to work with. They helped our family during a crisis and were professional and very caring. Dr. Mary is so wonderful to work with. While others commented about the high cost, I have found they are comparable to other animal clinics in the Rochester area.

I agree with first person who posted review about their pricing. they charged me over $800 for my cat that died. I really hate them now. I am still paying this on care credit. they are into money.

I have been taking my dogs and cats to Northern Valley Animal Clinic for 21 years. Obviously I am pleased with the care my pets receive. They are a very caring group of people and I trust them with my pets, who mean a lot to me. I wouldn't take them anywhere else.
