They were great: my cat was very agitated when I arrived, and they immediately let us wait in one of the exam rooms,and gave us a towel sprayed with Feliway. Dr. Nelson and the entire staff were great: professional, warm, and great in handling my very fiesty cat.

We've been bringing our cat and dog to Granite City for over 2 years and have had great experiences everytime. We started going for yearly check ups a now we bring our pets for everything; from grooming and boarding to vet services. The staff is very helpful and compassionate towards our pets. I would recommend Granite City to anyone looking for a good vet in St. Cloud.

my dogs love this place. after petco gave our dog a concusion he was very afraid of high places and would get upset when getting a hair cut. Granite City worked with him and now he loves going in for a hair cut. Our Chihuahua who doesnt like anyone also does very well there. Dr Nelson is also great with both of our dogs. We are also welcomed with open arms and they know our names.

Not professional. I called ahead so they knew we were coming. They could not find our dogs information so check in took a half an hour. They told me that our dog would be bathed for free since he was there for more that 2 nights. He was there 4 nights and there was NO bath. WIll choose a different kennel next time.
