I took my one year old cat here for the first time. I took her to Dr. Glenn and I love the way he treated my cat, and he cares about diets for your animals which was a great thing. On the other hand if you don't want to hear about conservative points of views on gun laws, and don't want some rude staff there then I wouldn't say this is the place for you. He is very smart and nice, and also there is another staff helper there who is younger and great!

Dr. Glen and his staff are fantastic! I have been taking my pets to them for many years and have always been very satisfied with the care given. They do have great knowledge and caring. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you take your "family pet" to Dr. Glenn if you want quality care for them. I have moved out of the area but still drive back to St. Cloud to see Dr. Glenn so that I can rest assured my "family pet" is being cared for in the best possible way. Thank you

My experience was pretty much the epitome of awful at Waite Park Vet Hospital. I actually ended up walking out. I sat in their appointment room for 30 minutes past my appointment time listening through their paper thin walls the on duty Vet discuss with a client his conservative views on Gay marriage. Normally I have no problem with people voicing their opinions but the way it was done and in such a environment was so unbelievably unprofessional. Not to mention this discussion was what was holding up MY appointment by 30 minutes. I can safely say I will absolutely never go back.

I have no kids and my dogs are my children. Glenn treats my animals like I do and I appreciate that. He also volunteers his time to go to PETCO and offer low cost vaccines for those who can't afford it. He cares more about animals than the majority of vets I have ever seen. I breed, and train dogs and having someone who I know care about my dogs as much as I do is important. The staff there is great. I have even been stopped by them on the street and they ask how my dogs are doing. As long as I live in St. Cloud, I will never see another vet. Glenn also gives out his cell phone # to his clients and takes his own emergeny calls as long as he is in town. So in the middle of the night you don't have to go to some other vet who doesn't know the history of your dog to treat it. Thank you Waite Park Animal Hospital!

The support staff are rude and uncaring. Glenn is cocky, arrogant, and I question if able to properly diagnose things. I think that he is not up to date. Do your pet a favor and go somewhere else. I will not take my pet back.
