1st of all the people that work there are horribly rude on the phone and in person . On top of that she claimed my 10 pound dog would have to be sedated if i ever brought him back saying that he attacked her . She didn't even clip his nails and did a horrible job cutting his hair . I've taken him several other places and never had a complaint. This place is not worth the time or the money !!!!

After taking our Standard poodle to this groomer, let me just say that she had to shaven down completely by a DIFFERENT groomer to salvage her coat....She was so uneven I wonder if the groomer could even see properly ( our 7 year old even thought it was terrible). Her ears were NOT done even after we were charged for it... The lady behind the desk was ASLEEP upon pickup and our poor dog left under the dryer for who knows how long. What makes me even madder was that the lady seemed annoyed at our requests when bringing our dog in. Almost like, " you expect me to do what to your dog?"
