The staff was incredible and very friendly. It is clear that they really care for animals. They made my dog feel very comfortable. They were also very affordable. I would recommend them to any pet owner.

If only the human clinics I've dealt with could match up to Dr. Parnell's office here, I might enjoy going to the doctor more. Well, not really, but you get the idea... The clinic is clean, the staff is exceptionally friendly, and they all seem to be quite knowledgeable about taking care of your pets. Dr. Parnell especially just seems like somebody you'd want to invite home for Thanksgiving because he meets the clinical definition of a "Nice, Friendly Dr." I haven't had a lot of experience with taking pets to other vets, but as long as the Animal Care Clinic is in business I will have no reason to try any others.

I have gone to Dr Parnell with all of our pets for years. He is absolutely wonderful along with his staff. They really care about the animals. Animal care clinic is the only place I would recommend in Branson.
