Beware of hidden charges. They quote you one price on the phone and then add additional charges later. They tell you to have the vet fax your pets shot records to them. When you arrive they insist your pet needs additional shots which they will administer and charge you for. Like flu shots in April which is not even flu season.

This Clinic is run by a bunch of thieves. A quote over the phone for boarding turns from a simple 50 dollar 2 night stay into a 100 dollar barrage of shots and boosters. The problem they fail to see (after speaking with Dr Larry who didn't seem to care) is that when you get a quote, someone should stick to the quote. A simple brush up on customer service skills would do them a lot of good. I'll never go back there again after their shady practices. My first visit turned into a 250 dollar bill that I couldn't avoid as I was literally packed and ready to go out of town on business. They sure know how to put you in a position and get more money out of you. Beware of their business practices.

The boarding rates are very good and the staff is friendly. An all-around good vet.
