We have been associated with Imperial for about a month. Our bulldog, Zaylee, just had double knee surgery for her ACLs and all I can say is that the staff of the entire hospital and Dr. John Bates are incredible. The love and attention they showed her was beyond my dreams and Dr. Todd Allen is a magician on orthopedic surgery. Zaylee is two weeks post surgery and walking well, eating and sleeping with no pain. The process will be lengthy but with the help of Imperial, she is well on her way to recovery. My pets have been going to the Imperial Animal Hospital for the past 10 years when I first moved to Imperial. When my dog was a puppy she was hit by a car and needed an ACL repair. Dr. Bates and his staff fixed her up and she is now 10 years old and walks 1.5 miles with me every day. The staff there is so caring and knows your pets by name even though they may only see you once a year for the annual check-ups. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs a family vet. I cannot say enough good things about them.

Just got done with my second visit to the vet for my pups yearly vaccinations and love the place. All the staff where a pleasure to work with and my dogs loved them as well. They are the type of people that you can tell love animals which is very important to me. I have seen two different vets so far and both have been great. I did have them boarded there once for a 4 day stay and my dogs came out as happy as they went in. Highly recommend you give these guys a try. I'm happy I did...!!!

8:30 pm on a week-night my dog separated her shoulder. I called other late-night clinics and was told that they would close by the time I got there and they wouldn't be able to see us. I called Imperial Animal Hospital, after they stopped appointments at 8 pm, and they agreed to see her. They didn't even charge an exam or emergency fee, just the drugs and x-ray! They were all great!
