If i could give this place less than one star, I would. The rudest, most inconsiderate, TERRIBLE group of employees and vets at this place. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE NO MATTER WHAT. NO. MATTER. WHAT. I have an aging cat (16 y.o), and took her in to have a physical exam. I discussed with the vet that I didnt want to do ANY blood work or diagnostic testing, other than the urine sample and overnight stay, for which he quoted me $40. He agreed that any undue stress is not good for her, and when I left, I felt that we were on the same page for her treatment. When I picked her up the next day, they had run completely unauthorized blood work, give her a prescription and charged me over $250!!!!!!!!!!!!!! No call, no discussion, nothing. They STILL have not been able to give me the results of the 'urine' test they performed. The lady who answers the phone is a real treat. She is condescending and does not know what she is talking about. I am absolutely livid at the way me and my pet were treated, and I am recommending to everyone i know to never take your pets to this death trap. Wow. Terrible people, terrible place.

I am always impressed with the staff and the vet at the Animal Clinic of Antioch. I am always able to get my pet into the vet quickly and there is rarely a wait in the waiting room. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. The vet is great, he talks to you and knows a lot about what he is talking about. I have had terrible experiences with other vets and being charged an outrageous amount of money!! The prices are fair and once they didn't even charge me a visit fee for my kittens second round of shots. They called me today to remind me of my kittens appointment for tomorrow, i asked if they could declaw my kitten also they said sure no problem. then i called back and said if at all possible could you declaw my other cat the same time so i don't have to make two trips and they said sure no problem. The vets office is about 30 minutes from my house but I happily make the drive for such good service.

They have saved our pets life twice! Once when we were out of state. We have a new puppy as well and they are always so helpful! 10stars!!
