Saved my Dogs life.

I've been to this vet a few times now and really appreciate the time they take and the care they have for the animals and the owners. Our neighborhood cares for stray cats, I took one in that was hit by a car. He treated that cat as if he were a family pet. Our strays are family pets, they just have an extended family. Three days later I got a sympathy card in the mail. Years ago I had a long time vet put down a house cat and I didn't get a card from him. Tonight my wife took one of her pet mice in. Normally, an adult having pet mice is met with a little disrespect even from veterinarians. He actually spent time examining the mouse and could tell us quit a bit about her that we already knew but hadn't gotten around to telling him. He detected a tumor and we had to put the mouse down.

As a foster parent for a local animal shelter and a pet owner, I have been here many times. Although there is usually a wait, I understand why. The worst patients are seen first. The animals are treated well and each time I have gone, I left with answers and sometimes medication. The vets are very informative and kind. I just wish they had more comfortable chairs for those long waits! I am extremely grateful for their services because I would have lost some animals without their help! It is incredibly expensive but they are there on weekends and holidays so I can't expect just the regular vet fees, which are also high! They also offer advice over the phone!

One Doctor at this clinic spoke to us professionally and kindly.. The majority of employees seemed unaware that they were dealing with lives. That these lives are very loved and considered part of the family. One employee was especially insensitive, and rude. Actually incredibly so. I am rather still in shock. Perhaps some sensitivity training.....or something. They were very good at charging. They did that very well. They were good with charging large amounts. I would NEVER EVER recommend this clinic! I gave it one star because it is a required field and cannot be left blank. Please consider it a -1

I just called the Center asking for advice regarding my dog's reaction to a vaccination she received today. The lady that answer the phone was great. She answered all of my questions and gave me helpful help in treating my dog.
