All of my pets have been seen by both doctors at this Banfield. Love them... They do the absolute best for my pets and you can see they truly love their clients!
Ugh I can’t say anything better than “Ugh”. I was quoted a reasonable rate for a round of shots. But it didn’t include the follow up for a booster of an additional $67.68. Beware of the horrid customer service and the up sell videos. I spent an hour and twenty minutes the first scheduled appointment waiting and an additional forty five on the scheduled follow up for the booster shot. I wouldn’t expect apologies for the waits it appears standard practice. ***Avoid Benfield like the Swine Flu. Vet appeared to be at her first job and assistant too!
