Dr. Cupp is great. He has fair prices and really shows how much he cares about his clients and their pets. Each time I have been in, he has taken his time to listen to concerns and makes sure to provide lots of attention to the animal. I have never felt rushed. After recommending a product for my cat, he offered to refund my money if it did not work. He said "I don't want you to pay for something and be stuck with it if it isn't working for you." Now THAT is great customer service!

Way over priced. $65 rabies shot and they said there is always an examination fee of $45 regardless of what service they do additional.

I highly recommend this clinic. Dr. Cupp is a great vet and is very honest when it comes to the prognosis of our pets. We had one dog with several severe heart defects and was able to give our dog a very productive and pain free life for a couple more years than we thought. He was also able to cure another dog with heart worms very quickly and gave us a discount for being good customers. They would always work us in their schedules' even if they had to stay late. The staff is very friendly and the clinic is always very clean. He puts my dogs at ease, which puts me at ease. Thanks! Jocelyn

Dr. Cupp is caring and thorough. He understands the pets and their humans. Groomer Sandy is very good at what she does and the receptionist Christine is great to work with. We just list our girl Shasta, but Dr. Cupp and his staff did everything they could. Highly recommend.
