don't go in there with a dog with choking problem, they want to get all paperwork done before seeing dog. I guess a dog with a possible problem has to wait before they can do a short diagnosis, I think they worry about money more than dogs health that might be at immediate risk. I will never recommend some one who puts paperwork before checking a dog that is having problems breathing.
