the staff is awesome!! The doctors are very caring. They definitely make sure you understand what is going on with your pet. They also make sure You understand your options for health for your pet when it comes to waiting to do surgery or make a tough decision. my file has ok ly taken our pets here and we all love it!!

After working here for almost a year, I would recommend VCA to everyone. I will always take my pets here and I will always recommend any of my friends/family to take their pets here as well. All of the doctors here have the utmost passion and interest in caring for your animals. I have seen it with my own eyes. They do everything in their power to treat whatever issue, disease, etc. your animal may have and I have seen them be very successful in doing so. They reach out to whomever can help for more information if they are stumped because they truly want you pet to pull through whatever hardship they are going through. The technicians are right there with them. All the technicians I worked with had just as much love and care for every animal we saw as the doctors. They handled them with care, were gentle and perceptive on special needs: ie, an older dog with arthritis or a dog who is deaf. The technicians treat every animal like they are the most special animal there, and they love giving yummy treats :) Even down to our receptionist, VCAs are actually nice :). Always greeting everyone like they are the most important person in their day, and of course always acknowledging their pets. Point blank, I loved working for VCA and I have the utmost respect for the employees there. I know that my dogs are in good hands with VCA.

I feel the same way - I think Dr. Rosen is a good and caring vet and of course I loved Dr. Cloud. I just switched vets this past summer because of the office staff. I think I went there for 15 years. I was having a problem with one of my dogs and called 3 times in one week. They never bothered to call me back and I got a different person everytime. They always acted like they were too busy to talk to you and can't even keep you straight. One thing there is an excellent vet tech there that really cares named Stephanie. Love her too. Even when I called the day ahead to get my dogs records - they still didn't have it ready when I went into pick them up the next day. 3-29-2012 Margie

VCA Cloud is overpriced and the office staff personnel are very rude. Dr. Rosen is a great vet, but I think he deserves to be at a facility that reflects his caring personality and passion to help animals. The office staff has always been very rude, slow, and impersonal.
