Dropped our dog off for first checkup/shots and grooming. When my wife picked it up, no one communicated anything with her (Handed her the bill and said "pick your dog up down the hall"). The grooming was not well done. Cut was uneven and he had a few nicks taken out of his skin on face and neck. When I checked the dog in, everything seemed OK, not sure why it went downhill from there. It could the dog did not respond well to the grooming. It was a very strange experience for my wife, and guess what, we generally don't like that kind of a thing.

The service was friendly. However I have taken my dog here twice for boarding while I left for vacation. The first time my dog which was a puppy then came back to me with kennel cough. I just took her and our male dog there to be boarded again and now he has kennel cough and has been vomiting.

Always had a good experience with these guys. Reasonable prices and very helpful. Very kind to your pets, none of mine ever picked up anything from here after a stay. Great with surgeries.
