Nikki who seems to be the only one who answers the phone has ZERO phone etiquette. She was monotone and dismissive. I was calling for rates because of the great things I have heard about the location. Her demeanor on the phone has almost put me off of giving them a try as our new vet services. Hopefully the vets are as wonderful with the animals as I have heard which will make it worth it to deal with Nikki anytime I have to call. My review is ONLY for Nikki not the vets or hospital as a whole.

We have been taking our dogs there for over ten years and I would not go anywhere else. All three vets are wonderful. Here is a list of reason I like them: 1. They remember your name 2. They gave one of my dog's a blood transfusion using their own dog and did not charge us. 3. When my Aussie recently died they stayed with me and my son to help us through the pain. 4. There pricing is more than competitive. 5. They take as much time as we need to ask questions. 6. I don't agree with the receptionist issue. They are equally easy to work with and compassionate. I could go on, but I think you get the idea!

A-MAZING! I have been to many vets in my time having pets, and this is by far the best one I have ever found. They do not charge an office visit fee, in return they only take cash or check. Also they have spade 2 of my dogs and the incision was no bigger than an inch (pretty impressive). Also took both dogs in for shots only cost about $70. They are fantastic and great about returning calls at the end of the day. I recommend them everytime I get the chance.

My cat was attacked by my pitbull. It was beyond horrific. It was a Saturday so I ran him to the ER Vet in Ofallon. They told me it would be $1200.00 to make him better. I about flipped out. I call Dr. Buckheit and he and his staff came back to the clinic and took care of my kitty. He had to do surgery and kept him for 5 days. It wasn't $1200.00 it was $350.00! They are the best EVER!

This place has the most insincere receptionist that I have ever spoken to. Any vet hospital that tells you that your option is to only drop your animal off for euthanasia needs to revisit their veterinary ethics. These animals are part of families. Their are plenty of other vets to choose from that have caring staff, and you know will treat your pets in a kind manner.
